Credit Policy

We offer you the convenience of a monthly open account on your case work. Invoices are sent and statements are mailed the last business day of each month. Statement balance is due and payable by the 15th of the following month of purchase. A service charge of 2.25% per month (annual rate of 24%) will be applied to any unpaid balance. Any legal fees or other cost required to collect an unpaid balance will be charged to the customer.

We are proud to guarantee our work to be free of defects due to materials or workmanship for five years. We guarantee the appliance to fit the provided model and to be constructed to the design requested on the Rx. We will remake or repair any appliance at a reduced fee or at no charge. This consideration will be extended with proof-of-purchase, which includes an original invoice number, date, and the patient's name. We do not cover incidental or consequential damages, including inconvenience, lost chairtime, costs incurred removing or inserting the appliance, lost wages, pain, and suffering or loss of profits.
